On every % of change in loading Firmware progress, show following colors:

0 00 = Red
1 = 01 = Green
2 = 10 = Blue
3 = 11 = Yellow

0-3 fits in 2 bits, therefore 444*4 = 256 and we only need 100
Top LED A Led 0
Right B Led 1
Bottom C Led 2
Left D Led 3

So LED 0 is first in sequence

   D  C  B  A

0% = 00 00 00 00 = Red, Red, Red, Red
100% = 01 10 01 00 = Green, Blue, Green, Red
