Changes:
- Updated app.json, eas.json configurations
- Modified login, chat, profile, dashboard screens
- Added profile subpages (about, edit, help, language,
  notifications, privacy, subscription, support, terms)
- Updated BeneficiaryContext
- Updated API service and types
- Updated discussion questions scheme
- Added .history to gitignore
